Ruisrockin kotisivujen mukaan festivaaleilla esiintyy seuraavanlaisia ulkomaisia yhtyeitä: Tool (USA), Mew (DEN), Mogwai (UK), The Cardigans (SWE), The Sounds (SWE), Flogging Molly (USA), Backyard Babies (SWE), Danko Jones (CAN), Gogol Bordello (USA), The Gathering (NED), Opeth (SWE), Soilwork (SWE) ja Saxon (UK). Kotimaisista esiintyjistä edustettuina ovat mm. Disco Ensemble, The Rasmus, Apocalyptica, CMX, Timo Rautiainen, Maija Vilkkumaa, Mokoma, Tiktak ja PMMP.
